In today’s age where most of us are working professional had their 9-5 job are earning well in their banks ,but the department of health is where we are lacking behind .We are bound to do 9-5 sitting jobs in order to live our life and in the end we end up on the hospitals beds, addicted to medicine and therapy . What’s the option but how a person who has the responsibility of their family should do the daily task and still not be tired and spend time with their family ?
Well to answer this question we have to dig deep into the past where our ancestors did all this and still manage to live past 90 ,while today the average age of living is down to 60 irrespective of our advance technology ,like How’s that even possible?
The main reason behind this situation we are is us only ,we have started living the life of comfort ,science and technology has made it so simple that we forgot to take care of the small things that actually matter ,like
Our assertors used to travel by foot or mechanically by cycle which include their body energy to consume that gives them a liberty to eat a lot more than their daily intake ,on the other hand we are bound to transport that we cant even go to 3 blocks away without it and the only muscle we are using is the partial moment of wrist that consume 1 calorie for 10 min ride.
But that’s not it , I know its not possible to loose those precious time of life but what will you when you end up in hospital bed feeding on the medicine.
So there are 5 things you can do to make those medicine age to come a little bit longer in your life span-
- Wake Up Early – we have got this lecture a lot of time for our parents to wake up early in the morning ,guess what they were right ,studies have shown waking up early be good for your body as it can have a proper meal at proper time so that you don’t feel that craving when you go to sleep .
- Exercise – I know its hard to do exercise in your daily routine but its not hard to do chores that can be done on foot ,like try to call your friend and talk to him while walking ,you wont realise that may complete your half of the daily steps with in an hour or so.If possible try to walk more on daily basis.
- Don’t Eat Past Bed Time – Usually our cravings are the biggest enemies of our health ,we often end on ordering the food that we are craving for even after we don’t feel so hungry ,well in that case try to eat something healthy and full filling like a fruit or protein bar
- Eat Green – Which doesn’t not mean be a vegetarian ,that’s your choice but try to eat green leafy vegetables or complex carbs ,these are the things low in calories and make you feel full so you cannot over eat and even the cravings are gone
- Drink Water – Well water is the most common mistake we neglect during all this process ,drinking water after hangover is good but try to keep you water intake above on the daily basis ,it will help you regulate your stomach acidity increasing your metabolism.
These tips might not help you immediately but will help you to realise that weight gain and all the problems that you are going though were mostly crated by yourself only. Being lazy and enjoying the technology perks are good but try to live long and healthy life so you can enjoy these perks for more rather seeing others usings them.
